Summerset Village
Do you know what? Manuka Hub walked to Summerset and on the way there we saw a funny cat. It ran onto the road and went back home. It was showing off. When we got there they read stories to Manuka Hub and we read poem to the Summerset people. We gave the people shiny pet rocks. They were beautiful rocks.
After that we performed our lovely concert and they did a lolly scramble to say thank you. I got 6 lollies. Then we walked back to school. It was a lovely day yesterday.

Hello Zaeanaliyah, what an interesting way to start your story by asking a question. Did you know? we really enjoyed reading the blog you wrote about going to visit the Summerset community. We like how you describe what you had seen on the way there. What colour was the cat that you saw? Did it look like Matariki? I love all the different coloured rocks everyone painted. I am sure everyone who received one loved how creative they looked. We are happy you had some lollies after a terrific morning spent at the Summerset community. We love you so much.
